Declutter: The less the better. Hide all personal items in drawers or cabinets. Clean up the house, make sure everything is in it’s place.

● Kitchen: Completely clear off counter tops: Knifes set, toaster, blender, coffee machine, herbs set, sponges, bottles, dish rack etc. Remove photos, magnets, notes and papers from the refrigerator.

● Bathrooms: Put all the toilet lids down and remove every single object from the countertops: Toothbrushes, soap, candles, make up mirror, perfume, make-up etc.

● Bedrooms: Make all beds and tidy bedrooms. Wrinkled pillowcases and bedspreads never look good on photographs. Clothes should be hung, or folded and put away. Simplify rooms which may be excessively furnished.

Depersonalize: You need to mentally give a buyer room to envision themselves living in your home. Remove all family photos from walls, nightstands, etc. Remove religious paintings and signs: cross, family quotes, etc.

Cleaning: Make sure your home is as clean as possible: All countertops, tables, toilets, windows and appliances are wiped down & clean. All floors are vacuumed/mopped. Blow off driveways, sidewalks and patios - pressure clean if needed. If paint on walls & doors is dirty, consider repainting or touch-up paint.

Exterior: Mow and rake yard. Make sure that hose is reeled up! Uncover the grill. Remove any safety fences, toys and inflatables in the pool area. Remove all vehicles from driveways and do not park directly in front of the house. Move all garbage cans & wastebaskets out of sight.

Day of Shoot: Turn ceiling fans and televisions off, open all blinds to a 45 to 90 degree angle, close all toilet seats. Make sure all lights are on and working and that there are no broken light bulbs.

We look forward to working with you!
